So obviously its been quite a while since i posted. and let me tell you. its been quite a while since i worked out too. definitely fell off the bandwagon. but im starting things a bit different this time. Something is bound to work!!!
This time I have 2 friends in on it. We both weighed in and measured today. We started out by going for a walk. Im not going to focus on just working out but also eating much better. right now, I’m going to focus on eating better and incorporate 2 to 3 small workouts a week. maybe 20 minute walks or something. Then the plan is that in a couple weeks, ill start maybe 3 to 4 times a week for a little longer. I understand this is going to be a long process. Im not looking for any results for a while. My problem is I get impatient and expect things to happen over night. My other problem is that I start of to intense and then if i fall behind, bc im not ready, I get discouraged and disappointed with myself. so i stop. I dont wanna do that this time.
This time. Im going to go gradual. Im not going to beat myself up. Were going to have a weigh in every 2 weeks. Since today was our first one, our next one will be February First. I think this time will be better since we have such a strong support group. It help we all live together so we have constant supervision and encouragement. I’ll try up with the posts from now on. :)

so with a four day funk, and then a week home for thanksgiving ( I RAN ONE DAY! YAY!) and now a week from hell finishing my portfolio, my work out has been put on hold lol. Kinda mad at myself, but i really cant focus on it right now. I’ll be back by December 5th tho! GUARANTEED!
Yesterday was Day 7. I decided to do nothing but nap and eat pizza. Didn’t work out at all. The thought never even crossed my mind. And I’m OK with it. It was just one of those days.
After a long, tiring day of babysitting rotten kids, I came home to the end of the quarter. My roommates, fried from weeks of problem shooting, all nighters, and negative free time, were finally free for a 6 week long winter break! New super awesome video games were bought and being played at this time and there was no way I was gonna have a chance to do my workout DVD. So i took my ass up to my room and I rocked it out for an hour to Innerpartysystem. I did what they do on the DVD x ten! push ups till i collapsed, Jump rope and leg kicks till i was sweating like crazy, crunches till i couldnt feel my stomach. It. Was. On….. And I didnt even use the DVD (it wont play on my computer). Proud moment for me. :)

So Day 4 really had me down. I had been so into it for the first 3 days and then bam. completely busted. So I figured that day 5 would be hard core. hmmmmmmmm.
Considering I didnt do anything all day, I should have been ready to work out bright and early. Instead I lounged and napped all day and at 8 went downstairs to watch tv, with the intent of working out soon. 2 hours later i was in my work out clothes watching a show about obesity. (ironic haha) I reaaaaaaaally didnt wanna work out. I was giving my self every excuse in the book! My stomach hurt, I couldnt get the sound to work, It was late.
So I tried talking to my roommate to get her to talk some sense in me. And it worked. Kinda. She came downstairs and we stared at the opening menu of the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd for 20 minutes or so. Finally I was convinced that I would not do it unless Kelsey did it…..And she actually agreed. Together we squated and lunged and died to the second level out of 3. And we finished the whole thing. I really pushed myself bc after a while It felt awesome! I was so happy I buckled down and did it. thanks to Kelsey of course. I felt so pumped up after we finished the dvd. I was ready to go for a jog! Of course, any one who knows our neighborhood knows you don’t leave your house alone at night. :/ so no jog for me. But I was sweating and aching and it was lovely. :) cant wait for the next workout! yay!
So I ate crap all day and I have no desire to work out which Im pretty sure is directly related to the fact that i feel like shit from the crappy food I ate. damn Pizza and all its deliciousness. I started out so good too. My stomach hates me right now. Maybe ill get the urge to work out later. its still early. :/

So we all went to get Mexican tonight. Sam and I shared Fajitas and still failed to finish them. So much food. I managed to for the most part restrain myself from the cheese dip and margaritas. ( I did sneak a chip with cheese and a few sips of margarita)
Going to Tybee Island tonight to see the meteor shower :) Gonna be pretty epic. Blazing is a must. I’ll be flying high with the meteors hehe.
All 4 of my roommates decided to sit in on my workout tonight. I did the Kim Kardashian Butt Sculpt. First Time I did the whole thing. woooooo! more lunges and squats Ive ever done at once. It was awesome! Im gonna have buns of steel! The DVD is hilarious bc Kim Kardashian makes all these sexy faces while she works out. Its like soft porn. Its way too hard to keep my balance while everyones making me laugh while theyre making fun of her. It had me sweating tho!

-Chocolate in my cofee, i couldnt resist.

This is what i get to watch while I’m dying. I love how shes wearing full makeup and her hair is all perfect. Im pretty sure I don’t have to say much about her boobs. I wanna know, who else can look like this while they’re working out?!
